Stephen Green is an aviation executive and strategic advisor with leadership experience spanning aerospace manufacturing, aircraft operations, maintenance, and business acquisitions.
He began his career in an AS9100-certified jet engine manufacturing environment supporting defense programs while holding a TS/SCI security clearance — developing a foundation in precision manufacturing, quality systems, and operational discipline.
He later advanced to Chief Operating Officer of a Part 135 charter and Part 145 maintenance organization, where he led operational growth and regulatory compliance, before serving as the head of a rapidly expanding Fixed Base Operator (FBO) in South Florida.
As Chief Executive Officer, Stephen has advised owners, operators, and investors on the acquisition, growth, and successful sale of multiple Part 135 aircraft management companies and Part 145 repair stations. Drawing on hands-on executive leadership and an extensive industry network, he provides strategic guidance that helps aviation businesses maximize value, execute complex transactions, and achieve sustainable growth.
